Since taking on the position of Field Director, Felicia has continued to uphold and expand Pathway’s vision, inspiring many others to join the cause. When asked about her greatest passion in ministry, Felicia enthusiastically points to her work with teenagers and the Single Mothers Club in Batey Alemán, her hometown. 

John is the Regional Director of Missions for the Assemblies of God Council in the Dominican Republic, playing a pivotal role in the nation's mission outreach. He has been an integral member of Pathway Dominicana since 2017

Dr. Felicita Castro García is a general physician with a master's degree in Health Management and Medical Auditing. With a strong background in healthcare, she has dedicated her career to the physical and spiritual well-being of her community

serves as a missionary to the Dominican Republic alongside his wife, Kellie, and their three children. The Policapes are partnered missionaries with Pathway Dominicana, actively working as outreach and discipleship pastors in Los Montones, Municipio Quisqueya.
