FELICIA
German
Felicia Esthel Feb German was born in the Dominican Republic and raised and educated on the island of Antigua and Barbuda. She is a proud mother to a wonderful young boy named Kaiden. Felicia has been actively involved in mission work for over 10 years, beginning in her early teenage years. Since 2017, she has served on the Board of Directors for Pathway Dominicana, contributing in various roles to further the organization’s mission.
In 2022, Felicia felt a strong calling to serve God and His people in the Dominican Republic through full-time ministry.
She made the courageous decision to leave her professional administrative career to serve at Pathway Dominicana as the Director of Translators and Interpreters. Within less than a year, in 2023, it became clear to the leadership of Pathway Dominicana that Felicia was the answer to their prayers for advancing the organization’s vision. In January 2024, Dio Cochrane, founder of Pathway Dominicana, recognized her dedication and leadership and entrusted her with the role of Field Director for the Dominican Republic.
Since taking on the became of Field Director, Felicia has continued to uphold and expand Pathway’s vision, inspiring many others to join the cause. When asked about her greatest passion in ministry, Felicia enthusiastically points to her work with teenagers and the Single Mothers Club in Batey Alemán, her hometown. There, she invests in the lives of the next generation, guiding them towards a brighter future.
