Cochrane
Dorka Atalita Cochrane was born and raised in Batey Alemán, San Pedro de Macorís. She is a loving wife to her husband, Ramón, and a dedicated mother to her children: Estela, María, Diomaris, and Dio. Dorka is also a proud grandmother who cherishes her family deeply.
Dorka served for many years as the Missions Director at the Assemblies of God church in the twin-island state of Antigua

and Barbuda. In her home community of Batey Alemán, she held the role of Director of Women’s Ministry at her local church, Manantial en el Desierto. Since the foundation of Pathway Dominicana in 2017, Dorka has been an integral member of the board, contributing in various roles. She is widely recognized for her culinary skills, leading feeding programs, and providing care for missionaries and service teams coming to the Dominican Republic.
Currently residing in Massachusetts, Dorka continues to actively serve in her local church. Her heart lies in caring for others, and she firmly believes that a warm meal and prayer can bring comfort and healing to those in need.
